Grace graduated from The University of Liverpool with a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Criminology. Grace’s dissertation focused on Youth Leadership which enabled her to work with young people. Her first class research report is now used by The Foundation for Peace Organisation. Grace has extensive experience of working with children of all ages in a variety of different roles and settings. Working predominantly as a gymnastics coach, Grace enjoyed working with children aged between three and sixteen years old; helping them to develop within a safe and fun environment. In addition, Grace has been involved in voluntary work with challenging youths, nursery work and playscheme programmes.

Emma graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a 2:1 degree honours in English Literature. She discovered her passion for education while teaching and pupil-mentoring in a School in Kenya. Since then Emma has extensively taught English and maths to children in both Primary and Secondary schools, ensuring that her teaching methods adapt according to the children’s abilities. Her experience of working with children from all backgrounds and abilities has inspired her to make sure that children are given the best academic start in life.
