Explore
Learning in Camberley have been working very closely with schools across
Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, hosting free literacy workshops, maths
rallies, story-telling workshops and interactive games at PTA fairs.
Our maths and English workshops are National
Curriculum aligned and are designed to get children really enthusiastic about
their work. Among many others, our maths tutors and English tutors have visited
the following schools this academic year:
Watchetts,
Hammond, The Grove, Ravenscote, Mytchett Junior, Guillemont Junior School,
Crowthorne C of E, St. Peter's, North Farnborough Infants, New Scotland Hill,
Hammond Community School, Farnborough Grange Infants and Bristow Infant
School.
Every year we hold our National Young Mathematicians
Award competition for local primary schools. This year the schools which
entered their top 2 male and female mathematicians were Lakeside Primary
School, Tower Hill, Mytchett Primary, Potley Hill and Frogmore Junior School.
Congratulations to all the children who were chosen to represent their school!
Please call us on 01276 406868 to find

community group.
What teachers think...
"The tutors had a great rapport with the pupils
and continually went around inspiring and aiding them. The children had a
fabulous time; it was a very well spent hour and half!

completely engaged! Most wanted to take their worksheet home and were very
excited about the Lizard Card they received.”
